When the tunnel construction, the tunnel maybe limited by surface elevation of import and export or other factors, it must set up on one side slope, and the tunnel often with complex geological, hydrological conditions, Massive gushing may occur, so that Affect the safety of personnel,construction progress, etc. Formation lithology of the Xiao Zhai tunnel construction changes frequently, karst and non-karst alternately appear in the tunnel,89%of the tunnel is soluble rock; Tunnel developments seven faults,two syncline, much karst and non-karst contact zone, the erosion landform is clear, in karst regions, the groundwater is considerable. So estimate the tunnel water inflow, and after gushing appears, the success or failure of the anti-slope construction will be the controlling factor in the drainage tunnel construction.The main contents and results are as follows:(1) Through research engineering systems, Summarizes the hydrogeological characteristics, engineering geological characteristics and karst features etc of Xiao Zhai tunnel, identified the areas that may large-scale gushing, and make a risk assessment. At the same time, research the Anti-slope construction segment, identify the water damage characteristics and the degree of risk.(2) In this paper by researching the hydrogeological, engineering geological, regional environmental conditions of the Xiao Zhai tunnel. Using groundwater dynamics method, water balance method, precipitation method to calculate the normal infiltration water inflow and the biggest Inflow of the tunnel. By comparing the estimates of water inflow, know that the different tunnels using different calculation methods.(3) Systematic analysis the geology of the anti-slope segment, According to the characteristics and estimated water inflow of the anti-slope construction section, calculate the required equipment lift, power, and other parameters, and designed a drainage system.(4) According the drainage outside the tunnel, the Drainage outside the tunnel that is not very good. According to regional conditions of the tunnel imports, developed a tunnel outside drainage measures.
