The Research In The Drainage System Of The Villages From Perspective Of Ecological Protection Taking Jintang Town In Maoming City As An Example

With the constant improvement of the rural residents’ living standard in China,living water consumption,sewage and waste emissions are also increasing,but at present the main direction of rural areas in our country is still in the development of economy,the establishment of the infrastructure is still under construction.In the drainage construction aspect,there is no planning and management of drainage in the traditional rural village,at the same time the drainage infrastructure in the traditional village is too weak for the slow construction drainage that it caused many water pollutions and affected the rural living environment badly.As an integral part of a town’s planning,the drainage construction has an important influence on people’s life.At present,the drainage construction in rural areas is still in the preliminary stage and the drainage system is so weak for the lack of drainage planning measures that it produces many problems which have affected the health of the residents and the ecological environment of the district.Due to the development of China’s rural areas with obvious regional differences,this paper is going to analyze the drainage construction that is in the Jintang Town in the southern district of Yuexi area in Maoming City.According to the situation of the drainage of this town,this paper is going to give some suggestions that are feasible for the reality from different aspects such as the perspective of planning that combining with the engineering theories in the drainage,the interior drainage system,the outdoor drainage system,sewage treatment,the rainwater utilization,disposal of sludge.This article is divided into three parts and there are seven chapters totally.The first chapter is the introduction introducing the background of the research,the purpose and meaning,the contents and technical route,the methods and the framework of the thesis.The main part of the paper is from the second chapter to the fifth chapter.In the second chapter,through the analysis of the importance of sponge theory of urban and rural in drainage,the paper put forward a concept "sponge in urban and rural areas" that enlarges the range from cities to villages and the object extends not only the rain to but also the wastewater.This chapter also introduces an situation of Jintang Town the research object of this paper.The third chapter introduces the characters of the drainage system in traditional villages and compares the drainage planning and other different plannings,makes a conclusion of the problems in villages.In the forth chapter to fifth chapter,the research’s scope ranges from small to large,from the single buildings’ drainage system gradually extending to the drainage system of a village,and then the villages.These research scopes are divided into living drainage system,rain water drainage system according to different drainage water quality to analyze.And through the timeline that is from the past and present to make a compare,from the perspective of ecological protection and planning were analyzed,this paper is to find out the causes of problems and influences.Combining with the recent construction as well as the practices of “sponge in urban and rural areas”,this paper is going to give some constructive suggestions and measures for the single buildings,a village and villages in the drainage system respectively.From the perspective of management,the fifth chapter proposes the establishment of supervision system in drainage system of traditional villages,such as establishing the village’s drainage system,the eia system and the information announcement,setting up the monitoring stations,promoting the consciousness in environmental protection,gathering the folk’s organization for environmental protection,buying some equipment maintenances,colleting the money for the drainage and so on.The third part is the research’s summary and outlook for the future.According to the reality,this paper is going to make some advices that are feasible for Jintang Town through the theories of the sewage engineering and the planning which begin from the collecting of the wastewater to the final discharge.Wish those can improve the construction of the sewage system in this area and enlighten the construction and planning of the sewage system of some other areas like this town.
