As the important part of traction power supply system,traction transformer’s safe operation is directly related to the sustained,steady and reliable working of the traction power supply system.Many methods for the analysis and diagnosis of transformer fault,especially such as experts systems,were studied and developed in last decades.The fault diagnosis ecpert systems are based on expert’s experiences which need a long time to obtain,and there are still some difficulties in fault location.With the development of computer technology,management information systems have become an important means to modernize the management of the industry.It can improve the efficiency of routine maintenance,provide decision support,promote the srandardization of the daily management of traction transformer because of traction transformer implementing management information systems.So it is very important for not only the maintenance of traction transformer but also the tailway achieve information.This thesis is based on the fact of the traction power supply system.It describes the purpose,significance and content of the condition-based maintenance of substation equipment,and studies the application and development of condition-based maintenance in and outside of the country,briefly introduced condition-based maintenance techniques,analyzed the electrical equipment condition based maintenance technologu content,established a information acquisition and processing of traction transformer.Studied the traction transformer condition assessment methods in the process of running,proposed a method of line monitoring based on the existing,combined of historical maintenance records,determine whether the fault traction transformer by the law of features gas in oil and the law of gas production rate.The three-ratio method and fuzzy theory were briefly introduced.Through the application of fuzzy reasoning to the transformer DGA analysis,fuzzy judge model of transformer was established to diagnose the transformer’s status.The fuzzy function and fuzzy relation matrix of the fuzzy model was deeply discussed in this paper.At last,according to the result of examples was established to diagnose the transformer’s status.The fuzzy function and fuzzy relation matrix of the fuzzy model was deeply discussed in this paper. Analysis of traction transformer management information system,designed the management information system,including system architecture design,database design and system interface,developed a traction transformer management information ststem.At last,according to the result of ecamples,it was verified that the fuzzy judge model and management information system in this paper was feasible and available.
