Since the reform and opening up, Chinese economic developed quickly, the urbanization process speeds up gradually, with the influx of immigrants into the city, heavy traffic on the way already can’t satisfy people’s needs. Therefore, the development of rail transport, planning subway lines has appeared in more and more cities. With the increase of the mileage, maintain the cleanness of the subway tunnel is becoming more and more important.This not only affects the subway environment, but also threats to metro vehicle operation. But the traditional cleaning methods are used in the tunnel is manual clean, this requires a lot of manpower, at the same time, in the tunnel operation may cause some safety hidden trouble, this is not accord with the requirement of present. Based on the above reasons, in this paper, we study and design a new subway tunnel wash car, which has the capacity of high and low pressure water rins and scrub brush set, it can waste clean the tunnel wall and the road of residual. This article main content is as follows:(1) Determine the overall structure of the subway tunnel washing car. In view of the tunnel environment, make the tunnel cleaning requirements sure, to determine the function of the tunnel cleaning car parts; Eventually according to the requirements, determine the tunnel washing car mainly constituted by flushing structure, hydraulic system, hydraulic drive system, power system and automatic control system.(2) According to the shape of the tunnel size, designed the section structure to cover the whole flushing tunnel, at the same time, investigate the actual situation of rail road, designed the structure of cleaning the rail road and the fasteners. Tunnel wall washed with1.5MPa system of low pressure, and the rail road washed with12MPa system of high-pressure. Two different kinds of flushing pressure corresponding to different regions. It can meet the demand of washing efficiency maximization.(3) Introducing the hydraulic drive system, through the hydraulic oil cylinder drives the flushing structure to the specify location, and through the hydraulic self-locking to fixed it. Calculate the power flow of the hydraulic system, to get the optimal value, and compared with the electric drive mode, it is concluded that the hydraulic drive has the characteristics of fast response, stable movement.(4) Design the brush plate device, which drivened by hydraulic motor brush rotating, and through the hydraulic oil cylinder lifting. The brush plate device used to scrub rail road, combining with the water rinse.
