As water resources and energy are becoming more and more important, Energy-saving, water-saving and stronger ability to clean are the development goals of washing machine. Front-loading washing machine, with its advantages (stronger ability to clean, minimal water consumption and minimal power consumption) are increasingly favored by China's family.But as one of the most popular home appliances, the vibration of washing machine when dehydrating impacts people's lives.With the development of computer technology, particularly the simulation technology, design and optimization of modern home appliances increasingly rely on computer.This paper use ADAMS virtual prototyping technology to analysis the vibration of front-loading washing machine when its'high-speed dehydration.This paper presented a parametric model of front-loading wash machine built in ADAMS environment, which can be easily used to generate the virtual prototype of front-loading wash machine. Established a mathematical model of the suspension system, provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and optimization of model in ADAMS environment.In this paper, the characteristics of the vibration were analyzed by using the parametric model .In order to compare the influencing factors with different dimensions, the concept of relative sensitivity was used and the weighting coefficients were introduced to analyze some design variables. This method is useful for further design and performance optimization. The results prove that the suspension system major impact on the vibration of transient and steady and the counterweights have an effect on amplitude Center of vibration.Finally, hybrid rigid and flexible model of front-load washing machine was built by FEM. Analysis the vibration of the cabinet when its'high-speed dehydration using the model in the time domain and frequency domain by the magnitude.By the optimization of the cabinet structural to make the natural frequency away from the working frequency, can effectively prevent the vibration of the cabinet of front-load washing machine.In short, this paper analysis and simulate the vibration of front-loading wash machine. Find some important design variables which significant impact on the vibration. Identify the the reasons of suspension system and counterweights which improve on characteristics of vibration. The virtual prototype of front-loading wash machine can replace the real one to analysis the vibration characteristics of front-load washing machine.
