| Although urban rail transit has many undeniable drawbacks, such as large construction scale, long construction period, high cost, the advantages are obvious, such as high speed, large volume, less pollution, high operating safety and good punctuality. It is a kind of effective way to alleviate the ground traffic congestion. Therefore, the urban rail transit network is an inevitable development trend. However, with the network completing, the operator and sponsor of urban rail transit won’t be simple as in past time which is managed by primely single operation and no need for ticket clearing. In other words, it will appear many operators and sponsors in different lines and the income of urban rail transit must be fairly and reasonably distributed by these operators and sponsors. Therefore the whole system will become complicated.In China, we are trying to implement barrier-free way of transfer in the new urban rail transit network for the passengers’convenience. However, this is a complicated system, many problems should be settled down in advance. The first thing should be considered is the ticket clearing system, because of the various sponsors and operators in the urban rail transit new network. Suppose, there is a certain OD pair, passengers can take different lines combination according to their preference, so the sponsors and operators are various and the fare income of the same OD need be reasonably distributed. Unfortunately, the current method of ticket settlement is disputed by operators and sponsors, as there isn’t a reasonable and accepted theory.The objective of this paper is to construct the fair and reasonable ticket clearing system model based on urban rail transit barrier-free transfer.First, this paper introduces the relevant concepts of ticket clearing and the existing ticket clearing model, expounds the necessity of ticket clearing and illustrates the network diagram of urban rail transit on the base of graph theory.Second, this paper analyses the effect factors of ticket clearing, then quantizes those effect factors, such as transfer walking time, transfer queueing time and builds route generalized cost function. Based on the generalized cost function, this paper considers those influence factors of the passenger travel route choice, then builds the passenger effective travel route choice model and calculates the probability of each choice. This paper also constructs the ticketing clearing model by combining with three different ticket clearing rules.Finally, to prove the validity of the ticket clearing model, this paper provides a concrete example. Then by using backstage equipment and MATLAB program, this paper calculates traffic flow of a certain OD and parameters in the model. |
