Urban rail transit has the advantages of high speed, large volume, less pollution, a high degree of safety and punctuality. It is also face the fact that the construction projects have high cost, long period, and the huge amount of relocation compensation. Therefore, while vigorously promote the construction of the rail transport network, it’s necessary to solve the problem that the huge constructions costs can’t be defrayed by government or a single enterprise investment only. Thus, the construction of rail traffic network may involve more investment entities and operators. Then, the fare revenue should be allocated among the operators.Rail transportation network transfer in China is generrally choosen the accessibility transfer, that passengers wouldn’t come out of the station when transfer, in order to comfort the passengers. Along with the constant improvement of the rail transport network, passengers can take different transfer since the same starting point to the sanme end. Different transfer paths may be provided by different operators, or the service provided by operators is differing. Therefore, different splits are selected to split the ticket revenue with an O-D for different transfer modes. At the same time, the ticketing clearing rules are also reasonable, the prorprtion of fare revenue allocation among different operations exists controversial, and operations management becomes difficult.For this phenomenon, this paper from the perspective that basic process of ticket clering and the basic idea of ticket clearing model, systematically makes the research on ticket clearing under accessibility ride.Firstly, define the affect facts of ticket clearing, then from the point of passenger travel and the travel process, determine the effective paths that passengers may choose when have different transfer possibilities, to make the search algorithms of passenger travel effective paths. Based on this, can combine passenger travel related factors to determine the probability of passengers travel each valid path selection, and build passenger travel choice model.Sencondly, determine the reasonable ticket clearing rules, and build accessibility transfer condtions ticket clearing model. Then for the paths with more than one choice, combine travel choice model to build the accessibility transfer conditions ticket clearing model.Finally, according to the ticket clearing model, select Shenzhen as an example to validate the model. Through on the rail network basic information gathering, the status quo is cleared points of the research, as well as passenger travel survey calibration model parameters, the Shenzhen Metro clearing center and the use of existing hardware devices, import the model come to Shenzhen Metro network day ticket sorting table, to prove that the model can be practical.
