At present, the urban rail transport is developing rapidly because of its convenience, large capacity, high speed, punctuality and other factors. In order to play urban rail’s strengths in the largest extent, it must combine with other modes of transportation, to form a variety of ways of coordination of traffic integration model, where regular traffic is the most important one. When planning urban rail transit, the normal traffic optimization problem must be taken into account. Because Dalian City subway will be put into operation the second half of2014, the corresponding feeder bus line network has not established. So in this background, this paper is about feeder bus network optimization analysis on the city rail transitThis paper finds that most studies of feeder bus, only considered the feeder bus optimization problems under static traffic demand. This paper proposes the feeder bus line networks optimization under induced-increasing passenger flow. This paper first analyzes the induced-increasing passenger flow, and finds under a new feeder bus and rail transit system, the flow of passenger who selects feeder bus will change. And the changed passenger flow needs a new adjustment of the feeder bus line networks. In this way, there is a circular relationship between the feeder busline network optimization and induced passenger flow. About the induced-increasing passenger flow, this paper chooses Logit model. About the feeder bus line network optimization, this paper established a double target model of minimum passenger travel time and the maximum service coverage. According to the characteristics of nonlinear and double target, this thesis adopts NSGA-II genetic algorithm to solve the model. At last, with an example, the building Dalian Metro Line1, optimize the feeder bus lines of Dalian High-tech Zone and obtains3feeder bus routes.
