| With the continuous expansion of city size, passenger demand grows rapidly, andthe limited road resources causes traffic supply and traffic demand imbalance, worsening the problem of urban congestion. Center City, as the main exchange place forpolitical, economic, cultural, has the more serious traffic congestion caused byhigh-density development land use, so large-capacity public transport has become theonly way to solve the problem of urban congestion. In recent years, rail transportationbecome the first choice of major urban public transport development for its advantagesof large volume, punctual, quick, but its accessibility limitation determines thecoordination with the ground bus, then the feeder bus comes into being, achievingsmooth convergence between the two, and thus how to reasonable layout feeder busnetwork becomes the focus of attention and research for scholars.Rail transit environment is regarded as the background in this article, and feederbus network optimal design is the research emphases. Firstly, the construction impact ofrail transit is analyzed in this article. The relationship between rail transit system andland use is cycle and feedback. Rail transit system leads an axial development of cityspace, promoting land use intensity, compacting land use layout, stimulating areavitality, and land use strengthens passenger flow centralized effect, inducing passengerflow trip feature formed, putting forward single destination and multi-destinationdemand models. After that the article compares the advantages and disadvantagesbetween rail transit and bus, clarifying the urban traffic pattern of giving the first placeto rail transit, and second to ground bus, then raising feeder bus’ produce and functionlocation: the first is the extension of rail transit, the second is collecting and distributingpassenger flow, so as to perfecting urban public traffic system.Chapter III summarized the common problem, influence factors, control indexes infeeder bus routes network design through analyzing bus operating current situation.Besides, the function of feeder bus is offering specialized service for rail transit stations,so its layout limited by rail transit stations attraction range, otherwise, the differencebetween feeder bus and conventional bus would be confused, complicating feeder busroute function, so as to affecting feeder efficiency. Therefore, the model on computingrail stations attraction area is built in the article, determining feeder bus network layoutrange exactly. Chapter IV is the heart content, which aims at minimizing the total cost of operation cost and user cost, optimizing departure frequency, and build singledestination and multi-destination demand model, then taking GA based on Inver-over tosolve the models. In the end, basic condition is used as reference, and compared withchanging aim function and demand to test the models’ performance, analyzing theresults to verify the models’ sensitivity. |
