Permanent magnetic linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) has the advantages of small volume, light quality, higher efficiency, higher positioning accuracy and faster response when compared with other types of liner motor, therefore favored by more and more in the modern industry. Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is a new kind of technology with good robustness and practical value. The core idea of Active disturbance rejection control is use input and output signal of controlled object to estimation and compensation the unknown disturbance, using nonlinear feedback error to achieve the controlled object "ADRC" control, basically completely broken the restrictions of "absolute invariance principle" and internal model principle.In this dissertation, based on the unified motor theory and with reference to the principle of rotation, PMLSM mathematical model were established in the three-phase abc coordinates, dq coordinate system, and the standard model coordinate system. On the basis of analysis the active disturbance rejection control, due to in the practical system often exist measurement noise, the traditional control algorithm ADRC made a corresponding improvement, the introduction of a feedback channel to filter output noise and eliminate the negative impact of the chase lag. Then through analysis the axis current decoupling term of the PMLSM state equation, current ADRC decoupling controllers of dq axes are given, which adopt improved ADRC algorithm. The paper first gives a first-order rate feedback channel with ADRC, on this basis, Further second-order speed ADRC imposed by analyzing the second-order equations of PMLSM. For speed control system, PID, first-order ADRC and "ADRC+PID" strategy are given first, in order to overcome the disadvantage of first-order ADRC, second-order speed ADRC is imposed, simulation results shows that the second-order speed ADRC can meet the system at a rapid response, the overshoot is smaller and the robustness is very good. Then aim at the external disturbance force against disturbance dynamic characteristics of the position, given the location of ADRC PMLSM control system, while on the basis of improved ADRC channel with feedback on the use of reference acceleration feed forward control as the amount realized ADRC design PMLSM position improved control system, the simulation results show that this method fast system response and the tracking error is small. The paper were given various structural diagram and block diagram of the control system ADRC and build in Matlab/SIMULINK in the corresponding simulation model, the simulation of a simulation control system for the realization of high-performance control PMLSM provides a theoretical reference.
