Prestressed beam bridge has become one of the major type of our country’sbridge construction with its features of reasonable force and safety driving. As thecantilever system’s forces and displacements change constantly in the process ofconstruction, the difficulty of the construction of cantilever is increased and theconstruction process should be strictly controlled. The control of Span BridgeConstruction should ensure the security of the bridge structure as well as eachconstruction phase’s precision control. The bridge’s linear state should meet thedesign requirements to ensure the quality of the construction.This paper is based on the context of hanging basket cantilever construction ofXiaoqinghe bridge, utilizing the finite element analysis software Midas Civil2012toimitate the whole construction process of Xiaoqinghe bridge, control the linear of allcross-sections and their stress conditions according to the real-time correctionparameter of the actual construction situation, as well as using the software of Dr.Bridge to check and review. In the process of analysis, every construction step shouldbe imitated accurately, such as the process of the temporary wet weight loading,prestressed tension as well as system conversion. The stress strain in the process canbe measured by the concrete strain sensor. The sophisticated electronic level is used tohave a real-time monitoring of the arranged elevation control. After the measurementresults are summarized, error analysis is conducted based on gray system theory. Theelevation control is timely adjusted to ensure the elevation linear monitoring ofXiiaoqinghe bridge.In view of the factor influence of the actual construction technology, structuralanalysis model, temperature changes, shrinkage and creep of concrete, temporary loadof construction, position of hanging basket, estimate of deformation, prestressedtension as well as the measurement error makes the actual value is different from thetheoretical value. The study of the construction monitoring of large span prestressed concretecontinuous beam bridge can effectively guide the construction of Xiaoqinghe bridgesmoothly, and ensure the quality and safety of the construction of the bridge.
