At present, Chinas auto market is in growth, great potential market demand for urban and rural areas. The development of Automotive industry is promoting economic development and civilization advancement. However, with the rapid development of auto industry, the graveness of environment pollution and energy shortage are getting more and more serious.Start-stop system installed on a conventional car, the car will be able to cancel unnecessary idling condition, shortening the car idling time。Since foreign researches on start-stop system have a relatively earlier beginning than we, and now they have already gained some achievements, the domestic auto start-stop system is currently installed using mostly foreign production, the start-stop system control strategy is also used directly abroad. Foreign start-stop system control strategy design based on their country’s road conditions, it is not suitable for domestic use. The car safety control strategy research at home and abroad quite mature On the start-stop control strategy, but in terms of fuel consumption control strategy commonly used national standard operation simulation, measured start-stop system of energy conservation and emissions reduction effect. Standard operating conditions and the actual city road operation condition is different, can’t accurate response start-stop system the effect of increase fuel economy and reduce greenhouse gas pollution.This paper is based on the above various reasons by real vehicle road test optimize the start-stop system control strategy, and establish the consumption simulation model, simulation in urban road conditions and using the optimal control strategy, measured start-stop system of energy conservation and emissions reduction effect.The main research contents of this paper are the following:Firstly, The structures and main components of BSG hybrid electric car and the car with added smart start-stop system are comparatively analyzed. Analysis of the operating mode of the car with added smart start-stop system, and analysis of the current start-stop system control strategy help us to find the flaws of the control strategy. The discussion of the operating principle of the start-stop system, and so on.Secondly, passenger car test in Changchun two routes has been conducted and use the Experimental tools to collect experimental data. Analysis of the different between the domestic urban road operation condition and FTP-75、NEDC.Finally, fuel consumption model based on the vehicle dynamics, Start-stop system using different optimal control strategy in oil consumption simulation, the simulation model of fuel consumption to determine the best optimization control strategy.
