With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the number of vehicles in the city is increasing.Environmental pollution and energy consumption caused by automobiles have become common problems in modern society.This paper aims at the above-mentioned problems in the current development of the automotive industry,as well as the national government's energy conservation and emission reduction development goals,and conducts research on Engine idle start-stop system control strategies that can effectively improve the fuel economy of traditional vehicles in urban operating conditions.This article analyzes the technical solutions,operating principles,and control functions of the idle start-stop ystem,adds components required for starting and stopping system to a conventional automatic car,and builds an overall plan for the idle start and stop control system.Based on this,design a comparatively Reasonable start-stop control strategy.Then the idling start-stop control strategy verification simulation experiment was carried out.The 89C52 RC chip was used to design for the start-stop controller.According to the function of the experimental device,Altium Designer was used to complete the circuit design of the experimental device such as power circuit,input signal processing circuit,and communication module.Based on the previously designed idle-start-stop control strategy and the need for signal interaction between the various systems,the software design of the verification experiment device was completed through the Keil software compilation environment,and the verification simulation experiment of the idle-start-stop control strategy was completed.Finally,according to the automatic car model built in AVL CRUISE software,an idling start-stop system control strategy model was established in MATLAB/Simulink.Through AVL CRUISE software interface,the complete vehicle fuel economy co-simulation analysis was completed.Simulation and experimental results show that,the idle-start-stop control strategy designed in this paper can meet the control function of the start-stop control system in the simulation verification experiment.Adde the idling start-stop control module to the conventional car.Based on the idling start-stop control strategy designed in this article,the fuel consumption in the common Japanese 10/15,NEDC,etc.driving conditions is compared with the same model without idling start-stop technology.Fuel consumption respectively reduced 10.4% and 11.3%,achieved a good fuel economy.
