Since the middle of the last century, permanent magnetic synchronous material isapplied to the motor manufacturing;The emergence of high magnetic energy productpermanent magnets, instead of the traditional electric excitation magnetic pole, whichgreatly reduce the volume of the motor.After that, the power conversion device andthe emergence of the rectifying device, is promoting the development of thepermanent magnet synchronous motor.In recent years, the permanent magnetsynchronous motor in many high performance, high efficiency of the drive controlfield has been widely used.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of extensive reading related literature, thestructure of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the design and application fieldare reviewed.Then, focus on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motoris analyzed, including the DQ axial flux formula;Three-phase static coordinate systemand two-phase rotating coordinate system transform each other;The content of thespace vector modulation (SVPWM);The design of current and speed control PIregulator;The basic principle of back emf method of observer;High frequencyinjection method to calculate the speed of the motor and Angle;Inverter relatedtheory;The principle of weak magnetic speed regulating, etc.And mainly introducesthe back emf method and high frequency injection method in the application of motorcontrol, and their respective corresponding motor drive speed range.Then we introduces the application of Matlab in the field of motor control;As apowerful calculation and analysis software Matlab, in motor control is a very capableassistant;Not only can be used for the simulation analysis, which is more important iscan generate C language code, to interact directly with the single chip microcomputer,leaving out the trouble to write a lot of code, which is very humanized.For permanent magnet synchronous motor is given in the end, the simulation andexperimental results in the process of a series of debugging;The high frequencyinjection method with back emf method can achieve better motor control, theexperimental results also prove the feasibility of the two methods.
