The advantages of PMSM are more and more prominent because of the rapid development of science and technology,so the control and application of PMSM is particularly important.In this paper,a control system of small power permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed.Combined with the parameter setting method of the field oriented control,the optimal control of PMSM is realized.In order to solve the problem of difficult and complex parameter setting in the current motor control system,this paper combines the traditional internal model control strategy,studies the measurement method of the electrical parameters and the moment of inertia of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,introduces the parameter optimization control,further studies the parameter setting method based on the parameter identification,simplifies the process of the closed-loop parameter setting of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and derives the basis Parameter setting method based on model parameter setting formula.The hardware of the control system of small power permanent magnet synchronous motor is based on ARM microprocessor STM32F103.The drive circuit based on MOSFET is adopted.The whole hardware system is composed of orthogonal incremental encoder position measurement module,three resistance current sampling module,input module,display module,current and voltage temperature protection circuit,multi-channel power supply and communication module,low-power permanent magnet synchronous motor control system software design bottom driver including encoder position measurement Timer Driver,three resistance current sampling module Analog to digital converter and timer driver,serial communication driver,key input driver,MCU control program and MCU control program OLED display and SPI protocol driver;software implementation of FOC algorithm includes current sampling timing,position measurement calculation method,coordinate transformation,double loop PI controller,amplitude limiter and SVPWM algorithm;this paper also designs Computer application program control software and its communication protocol.In this paper,the hardware circuit is designed and manufactured,and the parameter setting method of this paper is used,including the motor electrical parameter setting and PI parameter setting,and the FOC algorithm is used for experimental verification.The experimental results show that the measurement parameters and PI parameters of the motor are correct,and the PI regulator has better dynamic performance and anti-interference ability,which reaches the design index of the motor control system,and has reference value for the actual motor parameter adjustment.
