| Hydraulic excavator, which is the most extensive range of applications and thelargest production and sales construction machinery products, due to the limited todiesel engine and hydraulic transmission technology energy utilization rate is low,with operation characteristics of high energy consumption, large emissions and lowefficiency has been unable to adapt to the requirement of sustainable development ofgreen economy in modern society, even is not conducive to the prevention and controlof environmental pollution. Renewable and zero discharge of electricity drivetechnology is the development trend of currently recognized in the field. Due to theelectrical energy storage technology is not developed enough, petrol-electric hybridtechnology, that is relatively mature, applied in hydraulic excavator to achieveindustrialization, is becoming a hot spot of current state support scientific researchand technology.This thesis carries on research to the ZE205E hydraulic excavator’s powertrain systemwhich adopts Euro III engine, in order to reduce the fuel consumption rate as the mainpurpose, and focus on the design of hybrid system and dynamic matching controlstrategy with hardware in the loop simulation test. Based on cRIO data acquisitionplatform, constructs measurement system to type testing of prototype, analysis theoperation performance of the prototype, and compared with the traditional model ofenergy saving. This thesis mainly divided into the following several parts:1, Describes the significance of hybrid excavator technology research andindustrialization. by comparing the research status and applications of this technologyat home and abroad, analyses the shortcomings of existing technology, emphaticallyexplains the main work of the thesis.2, Three kinds of composite power system and the method of parameter estimationand selection on key components of the hybrid excavator transformation are proposedbased on the working characteristics and energy saving method of excavator.3, This thesis expounds the key components and the control strategy of matchbetween each other research methods. Mathematical model is established based onMatlab hardware and test by the loop simulation-dSPACE, in order to validate therationality of the control algorithm.4, After completion of the prototype assembly and debugging, designs a set of NI dataacquisition system based on hybrid excavator measurement system, which is used toexamine the performance of the whole machine.5, The experimental data is analyzed in the form of a graph combination of text, and shows the prototype in the experiment of job performance. |
