In recent years, researchers focused on the steady state tire model research, especially onlateral and longitudinal sliding tire model in steady state, but in the field of non-steady state,compared with steady state, the research of this field is lagged. Published articles about thisfield are scare in the domestic, this paper carried out a preliminary study of tire non-steadystate. Firstly,the thesis mainly introduces the UniTire steady-state model, including theestablishment of tire coordinate system, the input and output of the model, pressuredistribution of print, and quantitative analysis of influence of the related parameters such asuniformity factor, concave and convex factor and partial factor on imprinting vertical pressuredistribution. The structure parameters of UniTire steady state model are introduced, andthrough the analysis of the specific structure parameters, discussed curvature factor,stiffnessparameters and the influence of the friction characteristics on steady-state tire model.Secondly,introduces the principle of three directional loading system to measuretorsional, longitudinal and lateral carcass stiffness. Through analysis of the influence ofdifferent longitudinal force on the lateral carcass stiffness, identifying lateral carcass stiffnessof different the longitudinal force, and normalizing the stiffness, preliminary conclusion isobtained. At the same time, through the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, conclusionis validated.Further,the establishment of tire non-steady model. This chapter equals tire tread to treaddamper, tire body to spring and damper, and tire tread and body models are established. At thesame time, due to the balance of tire force and moment between tire body and trend, at anymoment unified force and moment balance equations can be established, finally through theanalysis of the theoretical solution,non-steady state tire model can be obtained.Then, this paper introduces the principle of non-steady state tire test and designsnon-steady state tire test. Identifying UniTire steady state model is carried out. The established the non-steady state tire model is applied to carry out simulations under different conditions.Compared with the test data, a preliminary conclusion is expressed. The non-steady tire modelcan basically express force and moment features under various conditions.Finally, the thesis introduces the tire interface under the environment of ADAMS. Next,the connection between ADAMS and user defined tire model and standard tire interfaceSUBRUTINE TYRE are studied in detail. Then, according to the SUBRUTINE TYREinterface, writes the program of non-steady state tire model and compiles files, generatesdynamic libraries for the software. At the end of this section, ADAMS/Car operates a series oftypical working condition of the vehicle simulation test after successful connection.
