Abstract/Summary:
As the transmission system of the computerized flat knitter, control precision and stabilityperformance of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drive system has a great influenceon the performance of computerized flat knitter. According to the actual product application, theproject research the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system from two aspects of thecontrol strategy and the actual system.This paper describes a mathematical model of PMSM, discusses the implementation of spacevector pulse width modulation technology. Taking into account the permanent magnet synchronousmotor speed control system has a non-linear, strong coupling characteristics, backstepping controlstrategy is applied to the control system. Backstepping control’s design process is simple, easy toengineering realized, and every step of backstepping control is combined to design with Lyapunov,so it can ensure the stability of the system.In the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed tracking system, the changes of the motorparameters will cause the system to a certain volatility, because of the influence of the externalenviroN ment. Aiming at this problem, the control strategy which combines fuzzy control and backstepping control is presented in this paper. The parameters of the backstepping control system canbe regulated by the design of fuzzy controller. It can overcome the influence of system parametersand improve the system speed tracking performance. The simulation model of the permanentmagnet synchronous motor speed control system is established by Matlab to verify the fuzzy controlstrategy.Hardware platform that includes control board and power board is constructed. As core withTMS320F28034, a chip of DSP, the chip’s external circuit module of the control board is designed;On power module, intelligent powder chip PM15CSJ060from Mitsubishi is choosed, it achieve thefunction of inverter and drive the motor. Software of the control system is designed, theexperiments with an PMSM are carried out by using the Fuzzy Backstepping Control strategy. Theresults demonstrate that the speed control system has good static and dynamic performance and canachieve excellent servo performance. The validity of the proposed strategy has been also verifiedwith simulations (and real experiments).
