Modern Logistics Park Architecture External Space Design Research

With the rapid development of China ’s economy, the logistics industry asemerging domestic industry is booming, but the logistics park as a logistics networknode is an important concern and attention. Local governments have over theconstruction and development of logistics parks, logistics parks will be builtleveraging local economic development as an important fulcrum. However, theconstruction of the logistics park outside space design, both in theory and practice arevery lacking, therefore, how to combine China ’s national conditions and the statusof Chinese urban space, combined with user-friendly design, design theory, modernlogistics park construction to explore outer space design not only has great practicalsignificance, but also a very urgent task.This article has been selected to build a large number of domestic logistics parkas a case study. First, summarized the experience by domestic and internationallogistics park development and construction, summed up the development pattern anddirection of development of logistics parks. Then from the theory of Logistics Parkbuilding exterior space design elements, mainly with the external space designtheory, urban image theory, place space theory, environmental behavior theory, aswell as industrial aesthetic theory, and summed up the impact of logistics parkconstruction exterior space design the objective material factors, from thearchitectural point of view of human design, summarized the types of logistics parkswife of behavioral activity and the corresponding space.Last but not the least, from the microscopic point of view, to explore outer spaceelements of logistics park construction design. From the limited space designelements outside the boundaries, interfaces, etc., introduced into the park in a typicalspace: entrance space, square space, landscape, roads and courtyards, and thenscale the building exterior space, material, color design were studied. Finally, thecomposition of the various elements analyzed, divided into axes, Radiant, grid style,group-type four. With reference to a large number of cases in-depth analysis.
