QingBaiJiang railway logistics park as one of the four logistics planning parks in Chengdu, has the geographical advantage for the development of bulk logistics. Taking the opportunity of settling into the park, SL logistics company wants to undertake the transfer of the original customer resources, extend the development of logistics industry service chain, truly achieve business transformation and upgrading.Firstly, the article is used SWOT, PEST, the five forces analysis model and other tools to detailed analysis of the internal and external environment for the development of new projects, expound other aspects according to the proposed focus on the development of steel and paper products two retail market demand, management, so as to provide reliable basis for project investment decision.Next, determining the positioning of the new project, business ideas and investment strategies in the paper, while proper planning the new projects to build a matching business model and focuses on the development of new projects focusing on five aspects of measures. Through estimating the new project economic and financial benefits to analysis the feasibility of the project, including land infrastructure, construction costs, machinery equipment, construction costs and revenue projections, the use of return on investment, investment tax rate, net present value and internal rate of return and other methods.Finally, the social benefits generated by the project is analysed preliminarily, and the development of the risks assessed in the article.Based on QingBaiJiang project of SL Logistics Company and combining with the strategic management, supply chain management, logistics information technology, and investment theoretical knowledge such as economic, the key to the project planning, development direction and financial efficiency is analyzed in the paper. Through the above analysis, it is concluded that a whole new project above the set of warehousing, distribution, information processing, and the market could instead of ErXianQiao traditional project as lacking of information technology, geography and urban development conflict, and it is feasible. Construction of the project can effectively solve the problem of SL Logistics Company’s business transformation and upgrading, at the same time, it also can reduce the logistics cost industry, to provide quality services for customers of areas, including steel, paper, so as to promote the economic developed rapidly and healthy of QingBaiJiang area.
