Risk Research On Reconstruction Project Of Hadawan Old Industrial Area In Jilin City

In mordern engineering project management, risk management has been a hotspot and has the important application value. But the research achievements of riskmanagement in China are mostly on a specific risk, rather than a systematic research.Furthermore, the research contents of research are about technical risk, quantity risk,reliability, lacing quantitative analysis of risk. Risk management level, as theimportant indicators of management level, is an important factor of competitiveness.Reforming Hadawan old industrial park is a comprehensive project integratedeconomic, technology, management, organization and environment. It ischaracterized by its big scale, long circle, great investment and various kinds ofuncertainty. Plenty of risks exist. If we do not guard against risks, it will directlyaffect that projects can proceed smoothly and even cause investment out of control.This paper starts with definition of risk and risk management, firstly introducesfeature of risk and evolution of risk definition. And on this basis, it gives the goaland content of risk management. According to the research zone, this paper focuseson COSO-ERM and AHP method, and does a systemic research of Hadawan oldindustrial park reform.In the end, this paper presents response proposals and suggestions base on theanalysis and points out the research direction in future.
