In recent years, with the development of high-tech industry, piezoelectric material is becoming more widely used. As it’s able to convert external force into electrical energy, it’s used for making piezoelectric igniter, mobile X-Ray power and shells detonating device. And as it’s able to convert electrical energy into external force, piezoelectric material is used as drive element, being applied in sonar system, aerological sounding, telemetry for environmental protection, household appliances, etc..This paper is to design a high frequency, adjustable, semi-active mechanical vibration controller by applying piezoelectric into the mechanical vibration controller as a drive element, to analyze vibration absorption effect of the controller itself, and to design a piezoelectric driving power supply. This paper makes a study on the system of the mechanical vibration controller from the following respects:1. After reviewing related literatures at home and abroad, the author put forward a general design scheme for a high frequency vibration absorber with piezoelectric as its drive element in accordance with the requirements for the structure design of adjustable frequency, semi-active vibration absorber and makes design and analyze of each part of the structure. This vibration absorber is featured by simple structure, large bandwidth and vibration damping targeted at high frequency. The paper also makes a harmonic response analysis on the vibration absorber with finite element method, and work out the damping effect of the vibration absorber.2. Combining characteristics of the mechanical vibration controller itself and the piezoelectric actuator, the author designs a dynamic drive power supply with piezoelectric actuator as drive element in accordance with the switching principle. The author prepares3groups of LM317, a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator with guaranteed temperature stability, in superposition series to output stable voltage. The voltage can be changed with the changing of duty cycle of opto-couple in the circuit. The electricity can be supplied by the piezoelectric actuator. The result of the test of the real circuit shows that the dynamic drive power supply with piezoelectric actuator as drive element made by the way mentioned above is able to output200V DC stably.This paper will provide some guidance for designing mechanical vibration controller with piezoelectric actuator as drive element, for designing piezoelectric driving power. The result of the test in the paper is valuable for developing test methods for mechanical property of piezoelectric materials, and it will lay a sound foundation for future researches.
