Corrugated steel plate because of its high strength and light weight, beautiful appearance and durability advantages were used for steel structure buildings, and modern buildings appear a large number of circular arc structure, which requires the bending round technology of profile and the corrugated steel plate were studied. Crimp curve and roll bending is commonly used process for the bending round of corrugated corrugated steel plate. Status at demostic and abroad is to determine the crimp curve die structure and roll bending process parameters are required a lot of trial test, which lack of theoretical guidance and reference.The simulation of crimp curve of corrugated steel plate and roll bending of double standing seam panels is carried on by simulation combined with orthogonal experiment, and the two kind of profile bending round technology are studied. The flow of materials is regulated by adjusting the local structural parameters of crimp curve die to eliminate the defects foming in production and improve product quality. Orthogonal test method is taken to experiment design and simulation for the terrace die fillet radius R1, the concave die radius R1, die gap c, relative rib length L and friction coefficient μ of crimp curve die. The influence that the parameters on the minimum bending radius play, the equivalent stress, the equivalent plastic stain and the thinning ratio is analyzed. Orthogonal test method is taken to experiment design and simulation for web width b, the thickness of the plate t and rotation angle banding roll rack θ, the Influence that the parameters on roll bending spring back radius and the radius of curvature is analyzed. The regression prediction model that base on the result from orthogonal test method is established by Origin software.The results show that by adjusting the crimp curve die local structure parameters can improve the forming quality of the corrugated steel plate. The order of the structure parameter of die on effect of the minimum bending radius, equivalent stress, equivalent plastic strain, and thinning ratio were R1>R2>c>L>μ, L>R2>c>R1>μ、L>c>R2>R1>μ、L>c>R2>R1>μ. The order of significant process parameters on the effect of rolling bending spring back radius and the radius of curvature were θ>b>t和θ>b>t.
