Trapezoidal two-way corrugated plate is a typical cold-formed thin-walled steel structure,it has a two-way ripple,one is the trapezoidal corrugation section,one is the web and the lower flange of the transverse small ripples.This plate is often used in corrugated arch structures.In this paper,the bearing capacity of trapezoidal bi-directional corrugated plate under axial compression is analyzed,and the influence factors of the bending resistance of trapezoidal diagonal corrugated plate are analyzed.The main research results are as follows:In this paper,the bearing capacity of corrugated plate under axial compression is analyzed,and the influence factors of corrugated plate bending resistance are analyzed.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The finite element model of trapezoidal bidirectional corrugated plate is established and verified.This chapter mainly introduces the process of finite element modeling of corrugated arch plate,which gives a detailed description the constitutive model,unit type,meshing,loading and boundary conditions and initial defects in ABAQUS modeling process;and verifies the accuracy of the finite element model of the trapezoidal bidirectional corrugated plate by comparing the results of the finite element calculation with the experimental results.The results show that the established numerical model can accurately describe the stress state of the corrugated plate with axial compression and verify the reliability of the trapezoidal bidirectional corrugated plate model.(2)The bearing capacity of corrugated plate with axial compression is studied.Based on the finite element model of the trapezoidal bidirectional corrugated plate,this paper analyzes the linear and nonlinear buckling problems of the corrugated plate,and analyzes the ultimate bearing capacity of the corrugated plate under the axial force,which mainly focus on the shape,spacing,thickness and length of the corrugated plate and the initial defects of the plate on the buckling mode of the corrugated plate and the ultimate bearing capacity.The results show that the design value calculated by equivalent stiffness method is conservative.The parameters such as corrugated form,ripple spacing,plate thickness,initial defect and plate length have obvious influence on the bearing capacity between corrugated plate parts.Advice on plate optimization design.(3)The bending properties of corrugated board is studied.This paper compares the effective width and ultimate bearing capacity of the straight plate under the pure bending moment calculated by the finite element method according to the technical specification of cold-formed thin-walled steel structure(GB50018-2002),and analyzes the influence of different corrugated sharp on the effective width of the web by using the ABAQUS finite element model,and then analyzes the influence of the ripple spacing,the thickness and the initial defects on the ultimate bearing capacity of the corrugated plate under the pure moment.The results show that the effective width of corrugated plate web can be calculated by finite element method,and the parameters have obvious influence on the bending resistance of corrugated plate.Advice on plate optimization design.
