| With the development of economy, people are increasingly dependent on electrical equipment, which exist a big security risk, when high power pulse equipment are developed. When strong electromagnetic waves are irradiated with the electronic device through the external port (antenna), there is induced currents on the cable. The induced currents damage the device terminals. Measuring the electric field strength around the cable and coupling current are significance to the evaluation of equipment safety and reliabilityThis paper focuses on test system and test, design a set of suitable for the engineering application of the electric field strength test system. Therefore, the focus of this article is carried out from two aspects:one software and hardware design of the test system; two experimental research based on the test system.It is deduced the mathematical principle of measuring one-dimensional alternating electric field using spherical sensor. The electric field distortion when sensor is introduction to the field is discussed, and a solution for reducing measurement error caused by sensor is proposed; The paper combined with a spherical sensor principles design parallel plate capacitive sensor used in this paper; When sensors is introduced into field under test, the paper simulate the distortion characteristic of the electric field By Ansoft software; The paper develops the electric field strength test system, making parallel plate capacitive sensor as a front-end receiver module. According to the specific needs of each module, hardware design of the system is completed by selecting appropriate components, and software debugging of the system is completed according to measurements need by protues software.The work of parallel plate capacitance sensor linear calibration is completed, and we concluded the mathematical relationship between E and U:E≈18U, the relative error is10%. The paper compare homemade electric field intensity measurement system with TES-593on system performance; Cables coupling experiment is carried out base on the homemade measurement system. Thesis focus on experimental layout, equipment selection, testing conditions and so on. And then we experiment in the pilot sites through the current caliper method, analyzing the relationship between field strength with the induced current through the test data. The results show that the whole system has good measurement performance. The measurement results have high correlation compared with the foreign instrument, so it can meet the needs of engineering measurement. |
