The rapid development of railway in our country, and the generation of new transport organization mode to existing has proposed new requirements on the technical characteristics of the computer interlocking system. And regional computer interlocking reflected the characteristics of the network, intelligent, is the development trend of the railway signal control technology in the future.Security information transmission network is the core of regional computer interlocking technology. How to improve the security, reliability of the safe information transmission network is a very important research topic.Firstly, the basic composition and working principle of the station computer interlocking is introduced briefly, and the implemented method of the regional computer interlocking system which is developed in the foundation of the station computer interlocking is analysed. The basical structure and implementation principle of the centralized regional computer interlocking system of centralized supervision and centralized locking is introduced emphatically. And the superiority of regional computer interlocking is demonstrated in this thesis.Secondly, the security information transmission network with the function of automatic self-healing based on double loop optical fiber LAN is designed. The fault location in the event of the "single break" and the fault location and automatic self-healing process in the event of the "double break" about the double loop is analysed. On this basis, the regional computer interlocking system based on safety information transmission network is designed, the basic composition, working principle and main characteristics is analysed.Thirdly, each of the nodes in the security information transmission network is designed.The intelligent signal control module, the intelligent switch control module and the intelligent track circuit control module is designed from the aspects of hardware and software emphatically. In addition to the basic functions, intelligent control module also has the function of self-diagnosis and failure processing advanced and others.Finally, the safety information transmission network with double loop optical fiber is assessed. The grey fuzzy evaluation model is established with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the framework. The evaluation index of the security information transmission network is analysed with the aid of railway signal standard EN50126, establish risk matrix table and the expert scoring as data sources, and then the risk level criterion layer and target layer and the size of the specific value at risk is determined, as the important basis of the control network to strengthen the security management. The regional computer interlocking system based on security information transmission network is in the tradition of the current mainstream regional computer interlocking structure. Full electronic integration innovation of combinational circuits on the basis of the existing system of sampling/driver board and relay circuit in sampling/driver layer. The double ring optical fiber network is developed with fault accurate positioning and self-healing function of security information transmission network, which improves the reliability, security and maintainability to the system, and reduce the construction investment, personnel allocation, the labor intensity of the operations and maintenance personnel, has important practical significance.
