In recent years, China boasts the most complete high-speed rail system technology, the strongest integration ability and the longest running mileage, highest speed, as well as the largest construction scale. As the implementation of "the belt and road" Initiative and the Globalization Strategy of China's High Speed Railway, and according to the Thirteenth Five-year Plan , the high-speed rail technology of China will develop by leaps and bounds.The development of railway sector dramatically increases the demand of relevant technical staff. In order to cultivate more talents, colleges and universities in China have offered the course of railway computer interlocking.In addition to the implementation of teaching, teachers should also make evaluation on students' knowledge, due to the increase in the number of students, the teacher's teaching task increases too. Teachers' subjective grading evaluation method used previously is time-consuming and tedious. Beside, The master can not be aware of the experiment operation process in details but evaluate the experiment merely from the result. To measure the degree of experimental knowledge learned by the students in a more comprehensive, just and objective way, this thesis designs and develops the evaluation system of railway computer interlocking system, which is mainly based on automatic computer evaluation and quantitative evaluation will be given to the operating results while the qualitative evaluation to the experimental process. Combining artificial evaluation method, the teacher can qualitatively assess the performance of students in the experimental class.This paper studies the evaluation system of railway computer interlocking , using evaluation theory that is widely accepted , building the evaluation index of the system, and based on the fundamental knowledge of railway computer interlocking. And a series of evaluation methods are used to change former manual evaluation of teacher into automatic computer evaluation system. This evaluation system is the supporting system of computer interlocking experiment system, which supervises the experimental operation of students and evaluate the results of their operation. At the same time, it can automatically grade, save the data and playback the experimental process, etc.The main contents and achievements of this research are as follows:(1) The current mainstream evaluation method was studied, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, expert evaluation method, analytic hierarchy process(ahp), and the single index evaluation method were emphatically introduced. Combined the method above with experimental operation evaluation demand, the paper summed up evaluation system focusing on the railway computer interlocking evaluation, and also designed the process of evaluation .(2) Through analyzing the requirement of software, this paper designed the experimental evaluation software structure and the software module, and the specific function of each module are analyzed on the basis of this.(3) The data processing module of experimental evaluation system was written, which made the storage, obtainment, and interpretation of data and other functions available.(4) Different system evaluation method was studied, and combined with the railway computer interlocking experimental system, the automatic evaluation function was achieved .Single index evaluation method is used for quantitative evaluation of the experimental results, while the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation rules for qualitative evaluation of the experimental operation process.(5) At the end of the paper, the accuracy and practicability of the evaluation system was tested according to the practical operation data, which Confirmed the expected effect of experimental evaluation system.
