After the structure is reinforced, its load-bearing capacity will see an obvious difference with ordinary structure. The reinforced structure is the structure subjected to twice-loading. Before reinforcement, the original structure itself can withstand load, so especially reinforcing when the loading capacity of structure is not enough, the stress and strain level is generally high. But the newly added part does not share the load instantly after the reinforcement, it withstands the stress when new load comes, i.e. it works when new load is added for the second time.The difference in load-bearing characteristics of reinforced structure decides that the calculation and analysis of each type of structures and the treatment of components cannot be designed wholly according to the ordinary structural concept. In order to ensure the safety of reinforced and reformed structure, the reinforcement designer is required to cautiously deal with the structural analysis and design result, correctly assess the influence to the original structure and properly increase the safety consideration and treatment of reinforcement design Or when the original load reaches a certain level, the designer should unload the structure.At present, in the real project, uninstalling is a difficult work, especially in the very complicated beam-supporting and column-pulling projects. The present uninstalling methods are always taking rigid bracing as the supporting system of the original structure, and mostly they adopt passive uninstalling method. In beam-supporting and column-pulling projects, due to the fact that these projects require not only to uninstall the load of pulled columns before pulling out of them, but also it requires to avoid the impact of suddenly pulling out columns after finishing pulling. Therefore, it asks for higher requirements for uninstalling method, but the ordinary column uninstalling method can hardly meet the above requirement.This paper analyzes the reinforcement effect of different types of structures in different original stress level. It puts forward applicable uninstalling techniques in reinforcement project according to different stress characteristics of different structures. Also, combined with actual application in real project, it puts forwards that the uninstalling technique "adopt sling system, hanging system, beam and column supporting system and plank supporting system to uninstall the original system, and also through setting monitor system, to timely monitor the stress deformation status of beam and column during uninstalling and load-adding periods" utilizes the load-carrying capacity of the original structure. In uninstalling, it uses additional supporting system as few as possible, and in techniques, it realizes less supporting components used, uninstalling degree controllable, targeted uninstalling methods, the load-adding is processing by levels and can be controlled, and from economy, it decreases cost a lot and thus provides good model for future projects.
