In the weapons testing range, because of the advantage of easy transport, convenient layout, high precision measurement, the photoelectric detection target is widely used. With the rapid development of military technology in recent years, testing range for the performance of measurement devices have a higher requirements. Accordingly, this thesis is based on the structural characteristics of photoelectric detection target through the infrared detection technology to improve its photoelectric detection part. Thereby it can improve detection performance under its specific conditions to achieve low-light, all-weather testing. This thesis can lay the foundation for the development of the passive infrared photoelectric detection target.The content of the research are:Simulate the infrared radiation characteristic of the flying projectile; According to the simulation, selecte a suitable source of infrared radiation and design the simulation device of infrared radiation to simulate the infrared radiation of flying projectile; And select the appropriate infrared sensor and design infrared radiation detection device to detect the infrared radiation signal emitted by simulation device. At last, take two devices to complete simulation and research of the infrared transmittance under the influence of several meteorological conditions.Through the theoretical simulation and combined with related literature parameters, it can get conclusion that the flying projectile has a higher degree of radiation emitted in the wavelength range of2μm-15μm. The simulation device can simulate the infrared radiation emitted by the projectile and the detection device can detect the infrared radiation signal from the source. And they both have good performance parameters. Empirical formula to calculate the theoretical and simulation results show that:Under the influence of meteorological conditions standard factors, short-distance infrared transmission affected almost negligible, which the value of transmittance is under0.99. Experimental results show that:the simulation device and the detection device have good stability, which the values of stability error are0.37%and5.62%. The testing system has an ability to simulate transient characteristics of flying projectile and have the ability to detect it. And the test results can meet the requirements.
