In range training,it is necessary to monitor the ground bombing site or the bombing point in the exercise to assess the hit rate and damage.At present,most of the multi-position high-speed cameras are arranged in the safe area of the test site to monitor the information of the bomb explosion moment in real time.However,multiple cameras in the bombing area need accurate trigger signals,resulting in incomplete measurement of experimental data and complicated data processing.Accurate assessment of weapon performance has a major impact.The high-speed infrared array is used to detect the fast target position in the air,and the reference coordinates of the target landing point are provided for the high-speed camera before the bomb falls.Based on the actual requirements for the training of the shooting range,this paper designs a signal detection and multi-detection plane triggering device suitable for bombs in air-to-ground bombing training.The infrared detection array is combined with the optical system to realize long-range projectile detection,and the multi-detection plane is used to detect the trajectory of the projectile.Analyze the infrared characteristics of the target,establish a system model of infrared detection,obtain the mathematical expression of infrared distance;analyze the transmission characteristics of infrared in atmospheric or complex conditions;and analyze the anti-interference of multi-factor infrared arrays,and optimize for different causes Noise reduction measures;analyze the characteristics of the projectile curtain,understand the characteristics of the projectile signal,and improve the system recognition rate.According to the design requirements,the indium gallium arsenide infrared detection line array is selected,and the important parameters of signal extraction,filtering,T-type amplification,threshold comparison,isolation and output are analyzed and designed to complete the whole process from signal detection to output.Using the optical design of the optical lens plus diaphragm,the high-infrared transmission large aperture optical lens is used to obtain the stronger projectile infrared signal,and the slit light diaphragm is used to make the detection light curtain form a thin and long straight line to meet the detection requirements of the detection system..The verification of the system's detection capability is completed through a series of experiments.The experimental results show that the system can effectively detect the projectile with 1100 times of the projectile to meet the requirements of the range test.Experiment with the projectile and solve the drop point,compare a variety of fitting methods,and determine that the system can provide an accurate trigger signal for the high-speed camera before the bombing.
