In recent years, the environment pollution is more and more serious in our country, thelarge-scale continuous haze weather makes people concern for environmental pollution, onthe other hand, the global energy crisis is very serious, therefore, energy-saving,environmental protection and safety will become the world’s auto industry developmenttheme. Auto car lightweight technology can meet the demand of the development, thelightweight of manufacture has become the main objective pursued by all auto companies,especially with the development of material science, high strength steel plate can completelysatisfy the need of auto car lightweight, which makes it be more widely applied in automotiveindustry.But, compared with ordinary steel, during the research and development process ofvehicle structural product we find that: While use high strength steel materials cansignificantly reduce the weight of the car, however, it also increase the difficulty of theconnection between the parts、the recycling of the parts and the manufacturing process.Especially for the forming technology, using more high strength steel material also meansmore greater challenges: in the mold along with the increase of the wear and tear, with theimprovement of strength, the possibility to change the parts shape change is on the decline.The other problem is the springback after forming is more serious compared with theordinary carbon steel, it is also affect the quality of the part, Therefore, how to control thedefects in stamping the high-strength steel parts effectively has become the key to using itwidely.This paper presents an example of factory production,choose materials for DP590a carroof beam reinforcement plate as the research object,based on the concept of control systemtransfer function, on the basis of dynaform software for numerical simulation of the formingand die surface to compensate springback control research,compared with the factory tomanufacture parts for data,validation based on transfer function of the control system of die surface compensation method is effective,guidance for actual stamping parts for highstrength steel parts after the resilience modulus of surface compensation methods provideeffective reference。The main research works are presented as the following points:1、introduce the classification of AHSS and mechanical properties and use of AHSS;expounds the major defects existing in the sheet metal forming problem,introduces thespringback of plate theory,include the mechanism of springback、the influence factors ofspringback、the calculation method of springback、the measures to control springback. Also,introduce the software of dynaform that used in this paper,and the application of dynaformsoftware to control forming simulation and general steps;2、Expounds the theory of the control system,including the definition of control system,the classification of control system、the mathematical model of control system;At the sametime introduces the theory of Fourier transform and transfer function, including Fouriertransform of the definition, classification; The definition of transfer function and itsproperties;3、Researching the stamping forming process by the application of the finite elementanalyzing software dynaform, take beam reinforcement plate as an example to determine theforming process parameters. Take forming simulation, and analysis of simulation problems.Adjusting the process parameters to contrast the formability of the part, optimization ofprocess parameters, make the best results of the parts forming;4、Springback simulation of the forming process, analyze the springback amount.Introduce the transfer function, using the initial die mold and offset compensated by thetransfer function to reserve the compensated mould surface, the using of moulding surfaceafter compensation for forming and springback analysis, and compared with the actualproduction process, verify the validity of the method.
