| Stamping processing is one of most important forming methods in mordenindusty,and it is widely used in automotive,aerospace,shipbuliding and other industrialfields.Springback is one of the common problem in sheet metal forming.It not only affectsthe dimensional accuracy of parts,but also bring many inconvenience for subsequentprocess.In recent years,with the rapid development of the lightweight of automobile,moreand more lightweight materials are used in automobile,like high strength steel.And themost prominent problem of high strength steel is the big rebound in the process ofstamping forming.Therefore,if predict and control the springback accurately, we canprovide certain reference for mold design and arrangements of process.This will haveimportant guiding significance to the actual production.Seat slide is the important structural part on the car, it’s performance and quality aredirectly related to the personnel safety, so the slide have high requirements on accuracyand strength. Due to the development of the high strength steel in recent years, the rawmaterials of slide were replaced by it. And the springback of the high strength steelmaking it hard to guarantee the accuracy and strength of slide in the forming process, atthe same time there is a high demand for mold. In this article,we will focus on thespringback problem of high strength steel and use finite element simulation to get sometheoretical parameters for the prediction and control of springback in actual producation.Seat slide is a typical bending part, and the common process are cold roll forming andbending forming by die. Because the cold roll forming technology is not very mature inour country, so the forming process of slide is still the traditional bending forming. To getthe springback characteristic of ultra high strength steel H800LA, in this paper, we doresearch on U, V, Z-bending by using the finite element analysis software Abaqus. Andcompared with ordinary steel bending process, it is concluded that the influence of somefactors. Then make an sensitivity analysis of radius of convex concave die, die gap andfriction coefficient through the orthogonal experiment method, at the same time finding optimal parameters combination on the condition of which the springback is the minimumby range analysis. The simulations show that some combination can get a smaller amountof springback, but some can not.In addition, this paper designed a set of special measuring device for seat silde, it canget the springback angle directly without cutting samples. It can also measure other partthrough proper adjustment. The device can simplify the measuring process, and improveefficiency.The slide are ashkenazi car spare parts, and the materials used is imported fromGermany, so the research analysis in this paper has certain advancement, at the same timehas certain academic significance and practical value. |
