Stage lights have played a vital role in lighting, foiling atmosphere, enhancing design scene effect and so on. With tungsten halogen lamp, gas discharge lamp, metal halide lamp, plasma and LED as light source of stage lighting products, stage lights have been improved significantly in energy saving, color, size and service life performance aspects. As a high-end application fields of high power LED light source, LED stage lighting although remains to be improved color rendering, but with rich colors, long life, low temperature, with the power of small volume, light weight and other advantages, it has become a good choice of the stage light.Stage lights system mainly consists of optical, mechanical, electrical and process control, meeting stage required for brightness, color,, speed, pattern etc. Lights and traditional stages generally use efficiency evaluation performance of lamps and lanterns, which is difficult to reflect the comprehensive performance of lamps and lanterns. The paper is mainly about the LED stage light system and control performance, puting forward a comprehensive evaluation system of energy efficiency and index, and studying how to improve the system energy efficiency optimization of subsystem, the main research conten is as follows:Analyzing stage light system structure and working principle,aiming at the existing problem of system and control optimization function, through the analysis of system and control is the key factor:function and performance, performance and power consumption, Put forward a new comprehensive efficiency evaluation system,which is based on the output power,then analyze the technical indicators, definitions, and the specification, for which has the function of comprehensive stage light energy efficiency evaluation of the system.From the circuit control, motion control and dimming control optimization design, By32-bit embedded microprocessor instead of7pieces of8-bit MCU, let the man-machine interface, LED dimming, motion control and so on centralize control, to improve the real time and speediness and reliability of control system; Using S deceleration control and subdivision control, to make the system more rapid movement stability, and reduce noise; Using switch type constant current drive, to improve the efficiency of the drive circuit, and the energy conversion and the precision of current control, etc.In view of the high power LED light source, whose heat is the characteristic of high density and the area is large, from the key technology of two aspects of optics, thermal optimization design, adopting the extended objects oriented method to obtain high intensity of illumination uniformity and light energy utilization; Using heat pipe, radiator and air fan comprehensive cooling way, not only to ensure the system working at low temperature, and prolonging the life of the lamps and lanterns.The test show that through the optimized design, the energy efficiency of stage lighting system are improved obviously, and the intensity of illumination uniformity, pattern of clarity, rapid stationarity and PWM dimming curve to obtain good results, to achieve the desired aim.
