When Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is used in electric vehicle car air conditioning system,the position sensor and actuator applications brings a series of flaws and shortcomings, so the development of sensorless brushless DC motor control and Integrated motor drive research has certain theoretical and practical value.This topic is a part of the Chinese academy of sciences knowledge innovation project important directional "electric car integrated power control unit key technology research", By TI company DSP embedded control chip TMS320F28335as the foundation, study sensorless brushless dc motor drive control system and research novel integrated motor driver-car charger system structure.First of all, the mathematical model of brushless DC motor is presented in this paper, based on the analysis of the basic working principle, research the key technology of brushless DC motor without position control, discuss the brushless DC motor position detection method, and use the back-emf method of passing zero improved system simulation model was set up in Matlab, make the system more intuitive, simplified, more press close to actual control system, for the control system of brushless DC motor without position sensor provides a new method designing and debugging. Line is obtained by the simulation results of three phase current waveforms and the back-emf waveform is consistent with the theoretical analysis of waveform, verify the correctness of the proposed sensorless control system.Second, this paper integrated motor driver and car charger topology, the topology of the drive motor has two functions and rapid car charger, and the topological structure of simple, low cost, the main driver circuit power switching device reuse, efficient, etc. And propose a three-level parallel power factor correction method for integrated car charger, a detailed analysis of the impact of different interleaved phase shift control strategy to eliminate the effect of input current harmonics and gives mathematical derivation process and to build on the Simulink platform the CCM mode of three parallel PFC, PFC taken to verify the feasibility of the three parallel phase shift control strategy for an integrated car charger for power factor correction.Finally in this paper, explain the brushless DC motor without position control system hardware and software design in detail. Hardware design mainly includes the DSP control circuit, power drive circuit and protection circuit, display and communication circuit, the system software is the idea of modular programming applications written C language, and then combined with the system hardware for sensorless brushless DC motor control system for experimental research. The experimental results show that sensorless drive control system of BLDCM response fast accurate, stable and reliable. |
