Normal concrete have many features as follows:high elastic modulus, high brittleness, low strain capacity and early shrinkage. After suffering the action of vehicle load, normal concrete produce easily cracks, leading to insufficient durability and turbulence and noise pollution can appear in the process of driving. In order to improve the road cement concrete toughness, elasticity and crack resistance, domestic and foreign scholars using the principle of particle composite, add waste rubber powder into normal concrete and it form rubberized concrete.rubberized concrete can improve the brittleness of normal concrete and has good heat insulation, sound insulation, shock absorption performance.Rubberized concrete new material research, not only can effectively solve the problems of waste tires environmental pollution, but also has great engineering value, so its application is very broad. The fracture performance of RC is studied in this paper in order to enrich the research theory of crumb rubber concrete. The investigated results can be listed as follows:(1) C40normal cement concrete are regarded as the reference concrete, rubber particles (5mesh,20mesh,60mesh) volume replacing concrete fine aggregate, the replacement rate is10%,20%,30%.The stress-strain curve, axial compressive strength, elastic modulus, vari-ation of flexural strength and other mechanical properties of rubberized concrete in different size and different dosages are studied.(2) The load-deflection curve measured need to consume a large amount of time. In this paper, power function is used to fit the tail curve and the correlation coefficient R2between0.843-0.989shows same degree very well and this method is feasible.(3) Through three points bending tests on notched beams, the fracture failure process of rubberized concrete are observed. Double-k fracture parameters, fracture energy GF can be changed with the rubber of different size of different content. The observed phenomena and rules are explained reasonably.
