protection of environment, which relate to various aspect, is national policy of our country. the reuse of recycled aggregates, which minimize negative environmental impact in the city and slow the huge consumption of natural resources, are discussed by many country. Whereas the study on the RCA in our country is less.For analysing the effect of RA ratio to the characteristic value of cubic concrete compressive strength and characteristic value of concrete compressive strength. THE tests used 180 test cube and 87 test specimen with 0, 30, 50 ,70 and 100% recycled aggregate have been carried out, which indicate, concrete strength can be enhanced by replacing some recycled aggregate in the standard mix. We also analysed the stress-strain diagram, which suggested that the modulus of elasticity would minish with the increase of RA.The beam specimens of the flexural were tested on one normal concrete beams Bl and five concrete beams using RA , Failure of the beams, load-deflection curve, load-strain was described, the beams were compared, the test results showed that the beams using recycled aggregate concrete were equal in flexural property to normal concrete beams of the same concrete strength.. the formula of transformed section is discussed in this paper, which can be used as a reference for further study on RCA.
