In recent years,high speed motor is widely used in civil and industrial fields, hasbeen widely applied in space satellites system. Because of the high power density andhigh rotating speed, ordinary mechanical bearing has been unable to meet therequirements of high speed motor support, Thus appeared a variety of non-contactsupport methods. This paper is a part of the National Natural Science FoundationProject "high speed motor design theory and method research based on ultrasoniclevitation supporting ".USE the ultrasonic levitation on the formation of high speedmotor bearing support, is a new attempt to high speed motor bearing suspensionsupporting technique, Did not see a similar research work reported both at domesticand abroad, has the original innovation. In this paper, the main work is ultrasoniclevitation motor drive and control method of bearing axial support research.The main work of this paper are as follows: firstly, the piezoelectric ceramicmaterial and piezoelectric theory were introduced in detail. Description of theapplication of piezoelectric ceramics and piezoelectric transducer, introduces thevibration modes of piezoelectric ceramic and the main technical parameterspiezoelectric transducer. Analyze the piezoelectric equation, lay a foundation forsubsequent research; secondly, design the ultrasonic generator. Detailed introducesthe driving circuit and main inverter circuit of ultrasonic generator. And focus on theintroduction of digital DDS design of SPWM core controller based on FPGA. Thegenerator prototype manufacture and debugging, the output waveform can meet thedesign requirements; Introduced the advantages of axial support bearing and theLangevin transducer structure, Langevin transducer has carried on the design, andhave done many performance tests, the ultrasonic levitation motor bearing is analyzed,the model of axial suspending bearing is obtained; At the end of this paper, the ADRChas carried on the detailed introduction, The ADRC is by the Chinese Academy ofSciences researcher Han Jingqing after years of research and development of a kind ofexcellent nonlinear controller, ADRC has many advantages in the control of theultrasonic levitation bearing, this paper introduces the structure of ADRC controller,introduce the three parts of adrc:TD, ESO, NLSEF,the controller algorithm isdeduced in detail, combined with the system model to design the controller. Use the Sfunction module construction ADRC controller in Matlab/Simulink, by changing thevarious parameters of ADRC controller, to observe the effect of parameter variationon the effect of control system, analysis of the rule of ADRC control parameter tuning,through many experimental setting out a set of proper control parameters. For thesimulation of the system transfer function,the control effect of disturbance rejectioncontrol algorithm for ultrasonic levitation motor bearing. Through the aboveexperiment, the ADRC control ultrasonic levitation bearing is feasible.Through a series of work, for the ultrasonic suspension motor bearing axial support driver provides the hardware and control method of solution, has obtained thecertain research results, for the follow-up work of ultrasonic levitation motormanufacturing and control laid a good foundation.
