With the advancement of industry and the development of science and technology,processing technology is developing towards precision or even ultra-precision,and processing accuracy is also developing towards micrometers and nanometers.When it comes to precision and ultra-precision machining,one processing technology that cannot be ignored is ultrasonic machining.Ultrasonic generator as the source of ultrasonic processing system,how to achieve good impedance matching with ultrasonic transducer has always been the top priority of ultrasonic generator research.At the same time,the matching effect is directly related to the processing efficiency and quality of the entire ultrasonic processing system,otherwise it will cause damage to the generator and even the entire processing system,increasing processing costs.Therefore,this topic is mainly for circuit analysis and simulation verification of the matching module of the high-power ultrasonic generator.The main work carried out in this topic:(1)Introduced the emergence and development of ultrasonic processing technology,and gradually became an important technology in special processing with the progress of processing technology.Taking the ultrasonic generator as the starting point,the domestic and foreign development history and research status of the generator and the future development trend are introduced,and the problems that the generator will encounter in the matching process are proposed.(2)Introduces the core part of the ultrasonic vibration system,mainly including ultrasonic transducers and horns,and introduced their functions and type selection analysis respectively.(3)The whole main frame of the high-power ultrasonic generator is analyzed,and the main working modules inside are introduced in detail.After understanding the working principle of each module,the working circuit of each module was designed,including the selection of components and the selection of key technologies in the entire circuit,which helped to lay a foundation for the subsequent research of matching modules.(4)According to the equivalent circuit model of the transducer in electrical knowledge and its working characteristics,the transducer is studied in depth,and it is understood that the generator and the transducer will be unable to match when they are statically matched.Based on this,the main functions of the matching circuit in the ultrasonic generator and several common matching forms are introduced.Based on the LC matching circuit,according to the research needs of this topic,the combination of various components is introduced.Corresponding improvements were made and an LCC matching circuit was designed.(5)Use Multisim14.0 and Proteus 8 circuit simulation software to simulate and verify the main working modules of the ultrasonic generator designed and analyzed in the early stage,so as to verify whether the selection and theoretical calculation of each component are feasible.After connecting the LCC matching circuit with the electrical equivalent circuit of the transducer,the software is used for simulation to verify whether the matching circuit is feasible.In-depth analysis of the impedance characteristic curve obtained after the simulation to verify the working efficiency of the matching circuit.
