Leveraged force source equipment is one kind of the various strengthmeasurement Equipments. It is based on the theory that the strength of the gravity canbe tested after amplified by the lever. With further development of engineeringtechnology, diverse strength testing methords and basics of lowering cost andaccelerating loading efficiency are further demanded. The products and the techniquesof leveraged force source, with their special properties, especially in the form ofconstant ratio lever type force standard machine、variable rate lever type forcestandard machine、the standard force source with double levers have been developedand applied.Considering the special superiorities of leveraged force source equipment inpractical application, an increasing number of patented techniques, like zero pointleveling device、electric drivers for every weight, have been adopted by the equipment.The leveraged force source equipment can gain high accuracy with the adoption ofthese patented techniques. The equipment of leveraged high accuracy force sourcetechniques’implemention will be aimed at in this issue.Firstly, analyzing and researching the blade supporting structure, the corecomponent which provides guarantee for the accuracy of the equipment of leveragedhigh accuracy force source techniques, based on the finite element method of ANSYSand Marc, the key angle measurement design method of the blade supporting structurehas been proposed, at the same time, the method which evaluates the lifetime of theleveraged blade supporting structure has been put forward for the first time.And then an eliminating counterforce device has been invented to eliminate thecounter-force phenomenon that exists during weights’ exchange of the equipment ofleveraged high accuracy force source techniques. Thus the measurement demands ofloading smoothly and quickly has been satisfied,meanwhile the weights’ cost and thecontrolling cost have been cut down. The calculating example and the data of the corresponding test machine in this paper are meaningful in designing this kind ofstructure products.Lastly,1. Establishing the dynamic equation of the balance rider and analyzing theimpacts induced by the exchange of starts and stops.2. Building ANSYS model of thewhole equipment and modal analysis model of Moving beam to obtain the optimalstructure meeting strength requirement, meanwhile to avoid the Moving beam sresonance.3. Establishing the ANSYS model and deflection equation of the mainlever beam,and compensation method for the closed-loop control.4. Adding dampingdevice and supervising offloading means to solve the problem of moving beam srebound.5. Designing double-lever counterweight structure by CATIA counterweightdesign method.1MN variable arm length leveraged high accuracy force sourceequipment,which is the maximal standard product of that kind. And the product owesrepeatability accuracy of0.004%identified by the verification and testing, which isinnovative and of great value when employed and generalized in the market.
