Lever type precision power source equipment is one of the most commonly used equipment for force value measurement.It is based on the principle of lever amplification to apply the amplified weight to the tested part.With the continuous development of science and technology,people are increasingly demanding equipment for lever-type precision power sources..The state of the elastic hinge,which is a kind of support form that utilizes elastic deformation to assume the function of the hinge,and has the advantages of no friction and no wear.This article will focus on the application of elastic hinges in lever-type force source equipment.1)By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional support(mainly cutter support),this paper innovatively proposes to apply elastic hinged support to large load lever type precision force source device.Based on the relevant theory of elastic support,structural design and theoretical calculation of elasticity are carried out.Calculation.Compared with the small force range,the elastic hinge application has the strength,strength,stability and other problems in the large load lever type force source device.The elastic hinge model is designed with 50 kN as an example,and relevant theoretical calculations,finite element analysis and experimental analysis are carried out.2)Based on the lever force standard machine,the elastic hinge is applied to it,and the theoretical analysis results from the elastic hinge is within 0.01%.The elastic hinge is used to structure the lever type force standard machine,and there are problems in the layout.According to the actual how to ensure the reliability of the installation of the elastic hinge,to ensure the relative position of the elastic hinge and the detection of the elastic hinge,the corresponding solution is given,and the feasibility of the elastic hinge is determined theoretically.3)Take the 300 kN lever force standard machine as an example,and perform finite element analysis based on ANSYS/Workbench.Through the initial analysis,the accuracy of the force can be obtained within 0.01%,but the required maximum balance displacement control accuracy is too small.The mathematical model of the 300 kN lever force standard machine is established,and the structure of the elastic hinge is optimized.After the analysis again,it is guaranteed.Under the premise of accurate force,reasonable maximum balance displacement control accuracy is obtained.4)Take the 300 kN lever force standard machine as an example to design the control system.The control schematic and electrical schematic are based on the control principle and the structure of the 300 kN double-lever force standard machine.Based on the Visual Basic software design control software interface,the 300 kN double-lever force standard machine is programmed for motion control program and related experiments.5)Design a new type of small force value lever force standard machine using elastic hinges.At present,the range of force measurement is expanding in both the direction of the big and the small.A new type of small force value lever type force standard machine with elastic hinge is designed to reduce the gravity of the larger mass weight and achieve the purpose of applying precise small force value to the applied device.
