Water in our human life, while also raising the corresponding derivative of cultureand cultural context. Human progress and development of the city led to the developmentof the waterfront development and urban form unique waterfront, waterfront constructionincreases the vitality of the city, to improve the quality of urban construction. But also ledto cultural and even economic development of the city. Since ancient times, natural riversare special breeds of cultural venues, such as the Nile in Egypt and China’s Yangtze andYellow River. Since reform and opening, with the acceleration of globalization, as adeveloping country will inevitably be subject to impact and influence of developedcountries. Environmental design, as the formation of the20th century and to develop newindustry will inevitably be affected by foreign cultures.
