The development of China’s energy-saving service industry is still at an early stage, industrial scale and the existing service level can not meet the market demand, industry system is not perfect. At present, the power energy saving service industry is a new energy saving service is responding to the call of the national policy and the rise, development of energy-saving service system within the industry is the primary, the problem still exists in the implementation of policies, laws and regulations, investment support, the need for further exploration.Energy Saving System of Electricity to achieve automatic monitoring of basic data information, automatic alarm and automatic analysis and diagnosis, to provide guidance for the work, provide the basis for decision making. Achieve the automatic evaluation of specific work and its standard automatic reminders and work results, the management and work practices to achieve "on-line monitoring, self-restraint, self-regulation" requirement, intelligent control of functional requirements.Based on the importance of the Energy Saving System of Electricity’s each functional module, based on the analysis of the functional structure of the system, management and control of energy consumption, operation optimization, program control, design security controls these four functional modules described in detail. Currently, the system has been deployed in a number of places to run power company. During operation, the system for various types of equipment compatibility is good, to achieve the monitoring and analysis to automatically generate various reports of various types of performance data for the management and optimization of the power industry provides a good platform.
