Research On Evaluation Index System And Performance Evaluation Of Equipment Management Of The Besides-star Wheel Production Line

With continuous improvement of the industrial level and the rapid development of manufacturing industry,equipment management is becoming more and more important in enterprise management.In a manufacturing company,actively carrying out equipment management is not only an effective means to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,is also an important guarantee for safety,health and environmental protection in the production process.Facing the new situation where opportunities and challenges coexist,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through enhancing the level of equipment management has become a concern of today's enterprises.Using the equipment management evaluation index system to conduct enterprise equipment management performance appraisal can not only test its management level,but also guide the enterprise continuously to improve the equipment management work.The research on equipment management performance evaluation is an important part of equipment management research.The paper first expounds the research background and significance of this topic,meanwhile introduces the domestic and international status of equipment management evaluation index system and equipment management performance evaluation.The related theories of equipment management evaluation index system and performance evaluation are introduced.Analysising the equipment management evaluation index system and performance evaluation of the besides-star wheel production line,then find out the problems and deficiencies.Constructing the new equipment management index system for a besides-star production line and using improved analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the new equipment management evaluation index system for the besides-star production line.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of equipment management of thebesides-star wheel production line,so quantify the performance level of equipment management for the besides-star production line.Finally,research on improvement measures for equipment management evaluation indicators of besides-star production lines: research on countermeasures for improving comprehensive efficiency of besides-star wheel production line equipment,using improved analytic hierarchy process to optimize improvement measures.Therefore,the direction for the improvement of the future equipment management evaluation indicators of the besides-star wheel production line has been specified.This paper has reference value and guiding significance for the development of enterprise equipment management evaluation index system and performance evaluation research.
