The explosion-proof integrated inverter machine is a complete dynamical system. Itcontains electrical machine and driving technology. The energy feedback unit is used toreplace traditional diode uncontrolled rectifier of variable-frequency speed control system.The energy feedback can make the machine operate in four-quadrant and reduce thepollution on power grid with less energy used. This thesis studied the mathematical modelof energy feedback unit (PWM Rectifier) and gave out the control strategy and parametersoptimization.Firstly, the four-quadrant operation of explosion-proof integrated machine wasanalyzed. The function of energy feedback unit in different states of an electrical machinewas given in this thesis. Meanwhile, mathematical models in different coordinate systemswere deduced. This thesis gave out the design of a double closed loop structure in arotating coordinate system synchronous with power grid voltage vector. The voltage loopwas used as the outer ring while the current loop as the inner ring. To solve the problem ofcoupled electric current loop, the feedforward decoupling strategy was used and theregulator parameters of current loop and voltage loop were designed. The algorithm ofvoltage modulation adopted space vector modulation. To simplify the system, voltagereconstruction algorithm was derived by using virtual flux and grid voltage had beenreconstructed, the voltage sensor was abandoned.Secondly, aimed at issue that traditional setting method is time consuming and mustdepend on experience, ant colony algorithm was used to off-line optimize PI parameters ofthe energy feedback unit to simplify the complicated traditional method. This thesisintroduced basic principle of the ant colony algorithm and buildup of the mathematicalmodel. The specific implementation process of parameters optimization of the energyfeedback system was also given. The optimizer based on the ant colony algorithm waswritten and set up the simulation model of energy feeedback unit. In this thesis, PIparameters were optimized by using the optimizer. The method of optimization was verified under the environment of MATLAB/simulink. The simulation results indicategood performance in all aspects of energy feedback system.Finally, design scheme of soft and hard ware of the energy feedback unit was given inthis thesis. Model selection of power electron device, choose of line chokes in AC side andthe filter capacitor are included in the hard ware. The soft ware is made up of mainprogram of system and the design of AD sampling subroutine and SVPWM subroutine.
