Due to population growth and reduce of traditional energy resources, now the electricity shortage has become a problem we have to face. To reduce the waste of electric energy, actively looking for renewable power resources is a necessary way to deal with the power shortage. Building electric equipment consume a large amounts of electrical energy. So building energy saving is a very potential field. For a number of construction equipment, there is a regenerative phenomenon exists at the same time they consuming a lot of electricity. If the regeneration power could be reuse, that will produce enormous economic benefits and social benefits.This paper summarizes three kinds of technical scheme of regenerative energy recovery of construction equipment and choose 2 of them to research, namely regeneration energy direct feedback the grid technology and storage of electric energy and feedback technology solutions.Inorder to research electric energy recovery direct feedback the grid, an experimental platform is built in the laboratory. The experimental system consists of mechanical devices, frequency control system, electric energy feedback device, power monitoring terminal and host computer control system. Through the coupling of two motors to simulate the process of renewable power generation, respectively, through the torque control and speed control, as the main motor and the motor load simulation. And this paper post the power grid experiment, experimental and comparative experiments under different conditions. Experimental results show that the validity of the research.In order to improve the quality of regenerative energy feedback, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the traditional sampling algorithm, combining the theory of peak sampling algorithm, proposes an improved peak sampling algorithm. And the simulation and experiment results show that the improved peak sampling algorithm output close to sine wave, low harmonic content, proved the rationality of the algorithm.The storage of electric energy feedback technology is proposed in this paper. The simulation equipment of renewable power is designed. And this paper design the buck chooper circuit and the boost chooper circuit.
