Power transmission and transformation equipment state overhaul auxiliary decision system is an advanced application module of SG186production safety management in the application system, this system is based on the state grid corporation of science and technology development planning and SG186informatization strategy, provides complete equipment status evaluation and auxiliary decision-making solutionunder the unified framework.The state overhaul of the auxiliary decision system established by information technology should have the following functions:data acquisition, data processing, monitoring and early warning, state evaluation, diagnosis, prediction evaluation, risk evaluation, policy recommendations, and other functions.The above mentioned issues have been discussed and analyzed in this paper, Some ofthe relevant issues are addressed in a practical project. The paper is given to illustrate the application of the project background and the system architecture, and the system of several key problems in the implementation of detailed discussion is given.This article studies the on-line monitoring, and the evaluation of the state overhaul equipment business, the business scope covers province company, electricity institute, cities/shipment inspection corporation, each work area, the state overhaul management, professional team and other units, including the information collection and management of equipment, monitoring and early warning, state evaluation, risk assessment, advanced diagnosis and maintenance decision as well as the state overhaul plan.On the basis of the equipment parameter, through access to equipment state of all kinds of information data, including before the operation of equipment, information, operation information, maintenance, test, defect information of the family of four class status information data. Finally Develop a plan of equipment maintenance decision-making recommendations and the state overhaul by combining risk assessment and diagnosis analysis of advanced operation equipment.
