In this paper, according to the characteristics of Brushless DC motor the active disturbance rejection control technique (ADRC) based on brushless DC motor control system.Permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) AC motor has simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and has high efficiency DC motor, speed and good performance characteristics. With the rapiddevelopment of modern power electronics and computer technology, the cost of hardware has been effectively controlled, its application in daily industrial field more and more widely, such as the application in electric cars, servo drives are wide.Permanent magnet brushless DC motor is a nonlinear multivariable system, more difficult to establish mathematical model. The classical PID control is difficult to achieve precise control of motor. The more advanced the model reference adaptive control, fuzzy control and neural network control can effectively improve the performance of the motor, but the model reference adaptive control to deal with the rapid change in load; fuzzy control due to the complex interaction of fuzzy rules, the control effect is not ideal; and the neural network controller needs high speedmicroprocessor for data processing the hardware implementation is difficult. Therefore, this thesis attempts to use the active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) controller of permanent magnet brushless DC motor system.Active disturbance rejection control technique (ADRC) is a new nonlinear controller does not depend on the system model, it from the classic PID control theory, the error feedback mode, to establish a closed-loop control system, theobserver theory of modern control theory, the extended state observer based disturbance observation system ofinternal and external, then add the corresponding control variable disturbance suppression. Active disturbance rejection control technique (ADRC) has the advantages of PID, has the characteristics of ultra low, fast convergence speed, high precision, strong anti-interference ability, the internal disturbance and control object’s own disturbancehas stronger adaptability and robustness.In the design of control system, we first through the MATLAB simulation of the complete system, have a preliminary understanding of the control system, and then establish the discrete control algorithm is transplanted to the embedded system to control of permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) operation. The control system is implemented on the DSP-F28335digital signal processing chip, DSP also provides the voltage and current AD sampling, PWM driver generation, speed and rotor position calculation function. The software will motor speedfeedback to the control system, the control output to PWM regulation, drive permanent magnet brushless DC motoraccording to the set speed.The test results show that, the system has good dynamic performance and anti disturbance performance,engineering applicability.
