With the rapid development of logistics industry, the use for bridge is increasingly frequent, and the requirements on its bearing and safety become more and more high. The bridge maintenance and servicing are facing the test in the future with the completion and frequent accidents. Bridge inspection platform as a large equipment, which is used in the bridge maintenance with its high efficiency and safety, plays an increasingly important role in the bridge examination study.In order to meet the need of bridge inspection of special equipment, The thesis design a new composite bridge inspection platform after analyzing the function of folding and truss structure of the existing bridge inspection platform.It develop a scheme of composite bridge inspection platform, which include truss and arm with box girder structure, by first using functional analysis which presents a preliminary scheme for the new bridge inspection platform, and by using TRIZ conflict resolving theories to solve the conflicts between vertical inspection and surmounting obstacle and so on.Based on the scheme and the measured data of bridge, designed the structure of main arm and a vertical arm, the structure determines the realization of composite bridge inspection platform main function. Have planning and analysis hydraulic driving system. As the main arm bearing a large strength, it’s finite element analysis by ANSYS Workbench. It test and verify the structural strength of the main arms by using condition analysis, meshing, load and solve, and put forward the needs to optimize the volume distribution. To optimize the volume distribution of the main arm, is based on the variable density method, topology and solving in the Hyper mesh.In order to verify the safety, the thesis researches resist capsizing stability of composite bridge inspection platform in both of the static state and the dynamic state. The static resistive capsizing stability analysis is carried out by using moment balance method which is commonly used in mobile unit. After the analysis on stabilizing moment and capsizing moment, a certain safety factor is lay down. Dynamic resistive capsizing stability analysis of the machine is carried out by establishing a virtual prototype in ADAMS, as the simulation model possess boom system, which can obtain the dubiety between the centric track and Overturn line, so as to verify the anti-overturning stability of the machine. Through the researches resist capsizing stability of composite bridge inspection platform, further verifies the feasibility of the structure scheme.
