The steel-concrete composite structure is a structure composed of steel beams and reinforced concrete slabs through connecting parts.Because of its light weight,small building height,large spanning capacity,quick construction and good seismic performance,it is a structural form that is used more in the construction of urban bridges in China.Especially in recent years,it has becomes more and more widely used in the construction of highway bridges.The bridge quality inspection and evaluation is to measure,inspect and test the size,performance and position of the inspection items in the new bridge project.According to the inspection results,the quality of the project is evaluated according to the requirements of the specification,and determine if it is qualified.Due to the late start of the steel-concrete composite girder bridge,the bridge type is diverse,the force is complicated,and has not been applied on a large scale before.Therefore,there is no uniform specification for the quality inspection of steel-concrete composite bridges.Therefore,in view of the rapid development of steel-concrete composite girder bridges,it is necessary to construct a steel-concrete composite girder bridge quality inspection and evaluation index system,and to study the index test method,so as to make it is more scientific,reasonable and effective to test and evaluate the quality of steel-concrete composite girder bridges.The paper first expounds the structural characteristics,common diseases and causes,construction process and construction error of I-shaped steel-concrete composite girder bridge,and lays a theoretical foundation for the development of quality inspection and evaluation standards for I-beam composite beam bridges.On this basis,combined with the existing relevant norms,the quality inspection and evaluation index of the I-beam composite beam bridge is preliminarily proposed,and the indicators are screened.The theoretical analysis and finite element model analysis indicators are used for the structure function,safety and According to the influence of durability,the indicators are classified,the main indicators and general indicators are divided,and the control standards of the indicators are discussed.Based on the theory of mathematical statistics,the index test method and frequency are studied.The minimum number of samples that can represent the mother is obtained,and the number of samples is corrected.At the same time,the current sampling methods are compared and analyzed.Based on this,the sampling method is more suitable for bridge engineering.
