The Research On Protecting And Designing Of Rural Landscape In The New Countryside Construction

With the sixteen session of the fifth plenary session held "Twelfth Five Year" plan’s determination and a series of preferential agricultural policy’s introduction,New rural construction pace become more and more quickly,But because of the rural economic level, cultural level of the peasant, the local traditional folk customs and other factors limit, the new rural construction of vernacular landscape become more and more difficult,coupled with the ideas of the city which is winning support among the people,the new rural landscape suffered a huge impact, some elements of rural landscape in some lack of the effective proper planning and management,some traditional landscape disappear due to failure.,both local government and residents often have focused on local production to promote the economic capacity,some area even to cut down the trees, fill lakes,fill reclamation of large area,destruction of ancient ancestral clan hall, temples and in order to make the rural appearance very beautiful to blindly introduced exotic plants and others as the cost,this approach seriously neglect of rural sustainable ecological environment and natural beauty of art, which make the overall imbalance, caused the soil erosion,the landscape lack of personality characteristics, follow the same pattern, animal and plant life is threatened, the species reduction or extinction, agrestic breath fade or disappear, lack of regional characteristics, architecture and landscape with neither fish nor fowl phenomenon.Essay taking this as the starting point, analyzing and understanding the construction of new countryside vernacular landscape concept, the present situation at home and abroad, vernacular landscape elements intrinsic value and characteristics,through access to information and network technology, summarizes some excellent theory and related practice experience to guide the construction of new rural area of the local landscape of Ji’an.The combination of the above theoretical experience, and field investigation of the new rural area of Ji’an, analysis the general situation the protection and design of rural landscape in the new rural countryside construction.Determine the objectives of the research project,then combined with some outstanding theoretical principles and practical experience both here and abroad to guide and put forward some new countryside vernacular landscape protection and planning conception.The general idea is to find the problem, ask questions, analyze problems, to solve the problem,in four steps strategy to in-depth study how to protect and design the local landscape in the new countryside construction, and selected two typical example which has obvious folk flavor and modern landscape of rural in Ji’an on-the-spot inspect,investigation the analysis, then obtains some constructive suggestions.
